Robert Beck

Rob Beck is a seasoned production executive with more than two decades of experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing teams inside some of the world’s most innovative brands and agencies. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for bridging the gap between creative ambition and operational excellence, turning complex ideas into award-winning work that resonates globally.


Rob has led major brand storytelling efforts at Apple, where he produced groundbreaking product launch campaigns and partnered directly with C-suite leadership to deliver culturally defining creative. At Verizon, he was a key member of the leadership team that built the company’s in-house agency from the ground up, growing it to over 200 production and creative experts while driving significant cost efficiencies. Under his direction, Verizon’s integrated production department delivered everything from brand campaigns to experiential content, earning multiple Cannes Lions along the way.


Today, Rob partners with top brands & agencies helping them shape integrated content ecosystems, modernize production operations, and unlock new creative possibilities through technology. Known for his collaborative leadership style, strategic clarity and deep production expertise, he thrives at the intersection of creativity, innovation, and execution. At heart, Rob is a builder of teams, of systems and of the kind of work that inspires audiences and elevates brands. 


Rob grew up in London, England to a Californian mother and a Dutch father (hence the ‘accent’) and now he and his wife and daughter spend their time between Franklin, Tennessee and New York City.

Member of the Verizon leadership team tasked with building Verizon’s full service in-house agency from the ground up. Responsible for creating a multi-discipline, creative brand studio overseeing production of all content, experiences and creative assets across all internally owned channels. 


  • • Scaled the in-house agency from 10 to 200 team members in 3 years, exceeding our business objectives each year. 

  • • Delivered consistent ~30% cost savings compared to equivalent work at outside agencies.

  • • Scaled a team of multidisciplinary production experts into a multiple Cannes Lion winning team.
